Melissa Copeland oversees day-to-day operations for Texas Drillit’s multi-service oilfield and trucking business, coordinating field operations to keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Her role spans fleet and equipment management, DOT/FMCSA compliance, commercial insurance administration, payroll coordination, and field ticket and revenue tracking — along with supporting the company’s marketing initiatives and maintaining its professional image and branding.

With expertise across fleet management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement, Melissa plays a central role in keeping operations organized, compliant, and running smoothly across every department.

Michelle Nieto manages the administrative functions of Texas Drillit, including accounts payable and receivable, project coordination, hiring and onboarding, and workplace safety compliance. With expertise in Occupational Safety and Health, Hazard Communication, and HAZWOPER certifications, she helps keep our projects organized, compliant, and completed efficiently — all while maintaining accurate business records and supporting the company’s continued growth and success.

A lifelong West Texas resident, Michelle has lived in Odessa her whole life. She’s married with two daughters.

Wesley Wylie brings more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the oil and gas industry, beginning his career as a roustabout and building a strong reputation through hard work, reliability, and a commitment to safety. Over the years, he has developed extensive field knowledge and practical expertise, allowing him to understand the unique challenges of every project and deliver dependable results.

For the past seven years, Wesley has been a valued member of the TDI team, where he continues to provide exceptional service while building lasting relationships with customers and coworkers. His dedication to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction has made him a trusted professional in the industry.

A graduate of Granbury High School, Wesley believes in continuous personal growth both on and off the job — outside of work, he enjoys staying active at the gym and traveling to new places, always looking for opportunities to experience different cultures and destinations.

Brandon Skipper brings 20 years with Texas Drillit and 25 years of directional boring experience to his role as Directional Drilling Superintendent. He currently manages one boring crew and is in the process of hiring and training a second, all while working directly with customers’ project managers and superintendents to keep every job running on schedule.

Brandon has built strong, lasting relationships with our customers, and that commitment extends to family — he’s married with two daughters, one of whom has recently joined TDI and is following in her dad’s footsteps on the directional drilling side.

Arcenio Ramirez serves as General Superintendent for Texas Drillit, LLC, providing leadership and oversight across the company’s trucking, civil construction, and environmental services divisions. He is responsible for coordinating daily operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Arcenio oversees field operations across multiple departments, with the shop mechanics and administrative staff reporting directly to him. He works closely with project managers, supervisors, and field personnel to maximize productivity, maintain equipment readiness, and keep projects on schedule and within budget.

In addition to managing operations, Arcenio plays a key role in the continued growth of the company by developing new business opportunities and preparing competitive bid proposals for a wide range of projects. His ability to understand customer needs and deliver practical, cost-effective solutions has helped strengthen long-term client relationships and expand Texas Drillit’s presence throughout the industry.

Having been with Texas Drillit for five years, Arcenio brings more than 15 years of oilfield experience. His extensive background in civil construction, environmental services, and pipeline projects provides the technical knowledge and leadership needed to successfully manage complex operations while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
